In this course on microelectronics and integrated circuits, you will learn that it is an advanced subject in which students come into contact with the current technology of integrated circuits, mainly digital devices. The objective is for students to learn practically and interactively.

This course is aimed at all those students or teachers, professionals or enthusiasts in the world of integrated circuit manufacturing processes who wish to learn how to use different tools to develop their work. That is, it is especially dedicated to those who work or study the areas of electronics, robotics, and engineering.
To participate, it is necessary to have prior knowledge, such as basic knowledge of digital electronics and analog electronics, to take this course. Additionally, you must have a computer with a stable Internet connection to be able to access all course content online.
What will you learn in this course about microelectronics and integrated circuits?
Led by Marta Portela García, Luis Entrena Arrontes, Celia López Ongil, Mario García Valderas, Enrique San Millán Heredia, and Almudena Lindoso Muñoz, as expert teachers on the subject and main instructors, this course consists of 48 total hours of theory and exercises. It has 8 lessons through which the student can learn issues related to microelectronics and integrated circuits. You will find review exercises at the end of each topic and the self-assessment activity of the course consists of a midterm exam, practices, and a final exam.
A design methodology is also presented along with the necessary tools to obtain competitive digital integrated circuits, such as hardware description languages, synthesis tools, design for testability, etc.
